CareOregon Advantage CareCard

The CareOregon Advantage CareCard is a unique benefit that allows you to buy thousands of eligible items using a pre-loaded debit card. These are items you'd normally pay for out of your own pocket, such as cold and flu care, allergy medicine, pain relief and more. You can also get additional reward funds loaded onto your CareCard when you complete healthy activities, like an annual wellness visit, completing certain screenings or by participating in a qualifying health program.

How do I get my card? Once you become a member, we will send you a card in the mail with money pre-loaded on it. At the beginning of each calendar month, more money will automatically be added to the same card. Any money left on your card at the end of each month will expire. It does not carry over to the next month.

How much money is on the card? In 2026, the amount is $15.50 per month ($186 per year).

How do I check my card balance or transaction history? To check card balance and activity, call 833-684-8472 or TTY 711, download the OTC Network App, or visit mybenefitscenter.com

How do I find a searchable list of eligible health items and healthy foods? Download the OTC Network App or visit mybenefitscenter.com. There you can search for items by product category, manufacturer and product name.
