Mail order-pharmacies

To find a mail order pharmacy, follow these instructions:
In the Provider Information box,

1. Under the Type of Provider menu, choose "pharmacy"
2. Under the Pharmacy Type menu, choose "mail-order" 

In the Location box,

1. Under the State menu, choose "any"
2. Select the "Search" button
